Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During product launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- package size
- weight
- destination
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically. Any order over $75 which includes Discs, Gear and Accessories qualifies for free shipping costs. Baskets and Bags are NOT included in Free Shipping promotions.
Flat Rate Shipping & Packaging
1-2 Discs are generally shipped in a Bubble Envelope with cardboard backing and a "do not bend" sticker. This will cost a Flat Rate of $8.00.
3 or more discs will generally ship in a box. This will cost a Flat Rate of $10.00.
Specialty and unique products may require unique packaging, but we will do our best to ensure the safety of ALL packages.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Launch Point DGC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once packages are in transit.
If your package appears lost, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
