Refund Policy
Returns
At Launch Point DGC, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.
Unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Discs must be unthrown and free from damage
- Apparel must be unworn and unwashed
- Items must include original packaging when applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or thrown discs
- Custom dyed or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloadable content
Exchanges
Need a different disc, weight, or size? We’re happy to help with exchanges when inventory is available.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the wrong item was shipped
- the item arrived damaged
- there was a fulfillment error
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the issue
- a brief description
We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
